Foreign aid "Artificially Boost" the Ethiopian Capital city at the expense of land grabbing

With a GDP growth of 7 percent Ethiopia's booming economy still relies heavily on help from abroad.

African leaders are gathering in the Ethiopian capital to mark the 50th anniversary of the organisation which became the African Union.
Nine of the world’s fastest growing economies are in Africa and near the top of that list is Ethiopia itself.
